NITTE School of Management, in partnership with HR Shapers, recently hosted a one-day national-level HR Conclave- 2023 at its Bengaluru campus on Saturday, 9th December 2023. The event was marked by the presence of distinguished personalities such as Mr. Rohit Punja, Administrator, NET, Bengaluru; Dr. HC Nagaraj, Principal, NMIT; Dr. Sandeep Shastri, Academic Director, NET; Dr. M. Venugopal, Director, NSOM; Prof. Rajni Ithanm, Associate Director, NSAPD and Prof. Raghavendra R, Principal, Dr. NSAM FGC.
The Keynote Speaker, Mr. Mahesh Bhatt, CEO of Fornax Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd., delivered an impactful address on the theme "Use of Generative AI in HR Practices." The conclave witnessed the participation of 50 delegates and 200 industry professionals from various sectors who engaged in five roundtable discussions addressing the digital future, focusing on capacity building, upskilling, and nurturing budding leaders and technocrats.

The event concluded with the sharing of key insights and productive networking opportunities among industry delegates.
